Commercialise Your Idea
The Start-Up Course aims to help entrepreneurs at the ‘idea or prototype stage’ make informed, practical decisions to develop their concept/research/prototype, launch their venture, and start generating revenue.
The course is built on a holistic and unifying framework, using theory alongside practical tools, as foundational building blocks that can be used to think about the process of:
- Developing your concept beyond just an idea so that it is commercially viable;
- Transitioning a product/service into the market;
- Establishing a successful business; and
- Preparing it to generate revenue
This course is designed to provide foundational principles to impact-focused venture creation, and differs from the investment readiness course which is suitable more mature, validated businesses seeking to raise capital.
